Personalisation - Want to add dates half way through?
In order to keep the process straightforward we ask you to choose calendar pictures and the front cover first before you can go on and add dates.
If you choose the personalisation tab and there isn’t a picture in each month, we will let you know which month (or cover) is missing.
Step 3 – Personalisation -choose your calendar dates
This is where you can add some of your own key dates.
How to add a date.
Once you select the personalisation tab, then you can start adding dates. The start month of your calendar is the first month to add dates too. On the right hand pane you will see you have the option of choosing the date for the month showing in the left hand pane.
Using the calendar icon, next to the date box will bring up that months calendar. Choose the date. Then you can choose the colour you want the entry to appear in. If you want it in the colour shown in the box then just leave this. By clicking on the box next to colour you will see the selection of colours you can choose. Move the mouse over the grid (ignore the series of numbers and letters that appear in the separate box as that bit is for us). Select the colour you want by clicking on the colour. The box will now show the colour you have chosen.
Now add the text in the box next to text. When you’re happy, click ‘Add text’ and then hit the ‘save’ button to save the text. It will now appear in the panel on the right hand pane.
To add another date in the month just repeat the process.
How do I amend or delete a date I have added?
Go to the entry in the box on in the right hand pane. Select the date you want to edit or delete. To edit use the ‘edit’ option and the entry will now appear in the text box above the box. Make the amends and then hit save and the entry will now be amended.
To delete, select the entry you want to remove and then using the ‘delete’ option it will remove this from the calendar.
How do I add a date to another month?
To move the calendar onto the next month you want to add a date too, then use the pane in the bottom left of the screen and use the arrows (< >) on left and right hand side to move the months forward and backward. The summary month with the outline around it will be the ‘live’ month (e.g. the one showing in the top left hand panel). When you get to the right month or cover then click on this and the top left hand pane will now show the month you want.
You can now use the right hand pane to add the date and text you want.
Cover message
Here there is a lot more flexibility in the style. You can choose fonts, size of font, alignment, colour and even move the text around as well as rotate it, so it really helps to create a unique calendar.
Use the drop down to select the style of font you want to use. Then choose the colour of the message as well as the message and then hit ‘add text’. Now here you can increase or decrease the size of the font, using the slider on the right hand pane.

I want to add more info than the characters allow
We appreciate that on some days there may be two or even three key dates. In order that when we print the calendar it is possible to read the information you have provided, we have to limit the number of characters available. We apologise if this character limit does cause you some problems when squeezing the information into a certain date.
I’ve chosen the wrong start month?
If you have chosen the wrong month, you will need to go to the products tab and select calendars and start again.
Finish and Pay
Once you have finished adding the dates you want (you don’t have to add any if you don’t want to) hit the ‘Checkout’ button. This will take you through to the payment cart.
Can I change the other dates I see already showing on the calendar?
You will note that there are maybe some dates already added. These cannot be amended or deleted as they form part of the calendar.
